The location was fantastic, as it was situated right in the city center and near the tram, making it easy to explore the city. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects. the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. From the sleek and modern design to the breathtaking view of the Galata Tower, everything was thoughtfully considered to enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel in the city center was ideal. With the tram, markets, and cafes just a 2-minute walk away, I was able to explore the vibrant surroundings effortlessly. Lastly, I must mention the exceptional service provided by the staff. Mr. Murat, in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From providing useful information and offering discounts on trips to ensuring my comfort throughout, his hospitality was truly commendable.

The manager arranged airport transport and fulfilled my requests. The spacious, well-designed bathrooms and rooms make for a pleasant stay. The attentive crew creates a comfortable atmosphere and the hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. Easy access to public transportation and nearby neighborhoods. Thanks to the manager for a great experience!
